Choose Role Model And Put Yourself In Their Shoes

Today, everyone of us  has a goal and we look up to someone  in that field to inspire us. Many of us get confused while choosing a role model for ourselves because there are many  great people in any field that we might choose. In the beginning we often  fail to identify  which person's shoes will we fit in. For example: If someone is interested in business, he/she might be having many role models like Jeff Bezos, Indra Nooyi, Elon Musk, Satya Nadella, Mukesh Ambani etc. So, now with so many people in that same field, the person will be very confused that whose life will suit him.

"Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others; it is the only means." - Albert Einstein

Since childhood I have changed my thoughts multiple times about setting an aim and now I am glad to share that I have found my answers of what would I like to become when I grow up. There  are 2 ways in which we can choose a role model for us, we can either refer to the work done by the person whom we see as our role model or finding about the life story of the person.. It totally depends on us.. In both the way we try to find similarities within ourselves - either our work or our life story. One of these should match and that will keep us inspired by our role model.

I would like to share an inspirational video by one of the SOCIAL MONKS Jay Shetty about finding an appropriate 'ROLE MODEL'.
